Print and Web Brochure: Features

Printable Version of your Listing
As well as an upgrade to your listing - offering all the advantages of an Online Web Brochure we create a PDF ( portable document format ) version of all the information displayed online for visitors to download, print and keep. This makes it much easier fo them to share the information about your home.

Download Version
The printable PDF file we provide for your visitors to download is optimised as a rapid download - this has to be a compromise between size and quality.

High Resolution PDF
We also create a much higher resolution version. This is the one to use if you want to print off paper copies to hand out or post to prospective clients.
PDF files are an industry standard. If you need larger numbers of brochures the file can be sent to your printers.

Additional Pages
We provide two additional pages, linked to your main listing page, which you can use for any content you choose.
The pages on the Sample Print and Web Brochure example are just suggestions for ways to use your extra pages.
Custom Page Design
We create a custom page design specificlally for your the set of pages for your home. You can select from a huge range of colours, type faces and font sizes.
The Sample Print and Web Brochure pages show just one of a huge range of possibilities.
Photographs and Graphics
We will crop, redimension and optimise your photographs and graphics and fit them into your listing. Pictures make a web page much more attractive - and by association make your home more attractive to potential clients - so we don't limit you to number or size.
The layout on the Sample Print and Web Brochure shows only one possibility.
Enhanced Presentation in Search Results
Your entry in search results is also enhanced to make your home more prominent.

Updates on request
You can change your choice of colours, text styles, content, images or graphics at any time. Updates appear on your Any Care listing - and in the PDF versions.

Set-up and first years subscription £450 + vat
Subsequent years £300 + vat
Discounts are available if you have more than one home listed
