Our category search helps you find the right care for someone with particular needs by asking you a series of simple questions.

• What age group?
  Over or under 65
• Is nursing required as well as general care?
  You can select to show both options if you aren't sure.
• What category of care is needed ?
  General Old Age? Learning Difficulties? Dementia? etc.
• Where are you looking for care?
  Country, County and Town.

Search by Country and County
Look for the map of the UK - there is one on every page - and click on a country.
On the country page that opens, select a county.
County pages list care homes in order of their town - so scroll down to find the town and look for the name of the home.
This is useful if you are looking for a particular care home.
